Mother Son Top Golf

All Maria Regina boys and their mom or special female guest are invited to attend our Mother Son event at Top Golf in Holtsville on Sunday, April 19th from 10am-12pm.  Attendees are encouraged to wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.  
Price includes 2 hours of golf play (in a designated bay), unlimited soft drinks and lifetime Top Golf membership. 
Golf clubs are available for use in all designated bays, but if you would like you can bring your own clubs. 
Food will be available for purchase. 
Transportation is not provided, Top Golf is located at 5231 Express Drive North Holtsville, NY 11742.

If you prefer to pay via cash/check (payable to MRPA) please selectnumber of attendees and hit proceed to payment but do not complete the credit card payment information page.  The MRPA will still receive your registration information.  Cash/check can be sent to the attention of the MRPA c/o Giardino Family.
