Before Care/After Care

• Begins of the first FULL day of school.
• Drop-off time begins at 7:00 at the front door of the school.
• In the event of a delayed opening, Before Care will not be available that day.
• Fees
  • one-time $30 fee to register for the program.
  • $15/day for one child OR $20/day for a family.
• You will be billed at the end of each month.
  • Total payment is due by the end of the next month.

 

• The program goes from 2:30-6:00 PM each day.
  • For Half-Days, the program runs from 12 noon to 6:00 PM with the exception of certain half days before major holidays/breaks (e.g. Wednesday before Thanksgiving, day before Christmas break).
• Your child is encouraged to bring a snack and drink in a brown lunch bag, labeled with your child's name. You may also bring toys from home to play with in a secured bag/container.
• Requests for After-Care should be submitted to the teacher in writing each morning, which will be submitted to the office to create an attendance sheet.

Our Before and After Care programs are open to all students in Nursery through 8th grade. Each program has its own registration fee, because we recognize some families will only want one or the other.
